黄丹,博士,副教授、硕士生导师。长期聚焦于生物医学信号处理与人工智能的深度交叉融合,研究方向贯穿“生理信号采集→噪声抑制与特征提取→智能辅助诊断算法→嵌入式/集成电路级硬件实现”的全链条。主持四川省自然科学基金面上项目等科研课题,作为核心骨干参与国家级/省部级项目多项。在国内外重要学术期刊及会议发表论文20余篇,其中SCI/EI检索10余篇,申请/授权发明专利若干项。主讲本科生核心课程《信号与系统》《数字信号处理》,独立负责院级一流课程《医学信号处理》及双语课程《医学图像处理》的建设与教学改革。教学中强调“数学物理基础—算法推演—代码实现—临床场景验证”四层递进,注重培养学生系统性工程思维。指导本科生获得大学生创新创业大赛奖项,研究生获得中国研究生数学建模竞赛国家级奖项。
研究方向:1. 生物及医学信号的采集、分析与处理;2. 人工智能在生物及医学信号处理中的应用;3. 生物及医学检测仪器的智能故障检测。
