余婷婷,博士,硕士研究生导师。研究方向集中于非水相超分子溶剂的多场景应用,涵盖蛋白质分离纯化与构象调控、以及环境与中药基质中痕量小分子富集检测两大主线。主持四川省自然科学基金青年项目(2022NSFSC1713)及自贡市校地科技合作专项(2022CDZG-13),分别围绕阳离子表面活性剂纳米封装对白酒糟醇溶蛋白的影响、中药材及制剂中黄曲霉毒素检测质量控制开展系统研究。近年在上述领域以第一作者(含通讯作者)发表SCI论文6篇。
研究方向:1. 非水相蛋白质纯化与构象调控:溶剂环境–两亲分子–纳米限域调控构象,纯化与功能调控。2. 痕量小分子富集与检测:非水相超分子溶剂富集结合LC-MS分析中药材黄曲霉毒素法。
